I want you to know that I am thoroughly pleased. The food came to me perfectly frozen, and it is delicious. And I used the bones to make bone broth, and I want you to know, it is top grade. I so appreciate the fact that you provide a product that is pastured and Glatt kosher.

Heritage Whole Roaster

These large roasters are the slowest and longest growing chickens we sell, and the flavor will show it. Heritage roasters have an extra dark and ultra flavorful meat that some say is reminiscent of turkey, duck, or goose. The bigger the bird, the deeper the flavor. For best results, slow-roast at low heat or braise.
