Garlicky German-style sausage. Traditionally, bratwurst is poached in beer before grilling, but you can grill it, broil it, or pan fry it!Sausages are naturally cured and fully cooked. Keep frozen until use; open packages can be stored, tightly sealed, 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Poach in beer with onions (optional) and then grill, broil, or pan-fry.
Ingredients: Beef, Water, Spices, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Celery Juice Powder, Cherry Juice Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery.
