About this cut:
Cut from the same piece as our Minute Roast, this tender steak cooks up quickly, can stand up to high heat, and takes beautifully to a marinade or a spice rub. These smaller steaks serve one and are perfect for a more modest meal. Cut 1.25" thick.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Grill, broil, or pan-sear. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
These are the perfect size steaks for us. Tasty and tender with just the right amount of fat. I cook them on the Forman grill in just under 10 minutes and they are perfect every time. I highly recommend them.
