Cut from the same piece as our Minute Roast, this tender steak cooks up quickly, can stand up to high heat, and takes beautifully to a marinade or a spice rub. These smaller steaks serve one and are perfect for a more modest meal. Cut 1.25" thick.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Grill, broil, or pan-sear. Tent with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
