The King of Roasts. This well-marbled, gourmet 5-Bone roast has the bones removed for easy slicing. We've netted the bones to the roast to allow that extra flavor to penetrate. Serves 2-3 people per lb.

Basic Cooking Technique:
Roast at medium to high heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Remove netting and seperate ribs from eye before slicing.
