About this cut:
The King of Roasts. This well-marbled, gourmet 3-Bone roast has the bones removed for easy slicing. But we've netted the bones to the roast to allow that extra flavor to penetrate.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Roast at medium or high heat. Tent with foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. Remove netting and seperate ribs from eye before slicing.
Very flavorful and tender. Cooked with a BBQ rub. Seared beautifully. Big hit with my dinner guests
