About this product:
This is a coarse-ground, 80% lean blend of our choicest pastured Chuck and Brisket with just the right amount of fat. Use it to make a burger you won't soon forget! The coarser grind on this meat allows you to create a rustic burger or kibbeh, with texture that will catch juices and develop a tasty char. Contains nothing but our pastured Black Angus Beef.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Form loosely into patties and grill over high heat (transfer to cooler side of the grill to finish cooking if your burgers are large). Can also be used for any ground meat recipe.
