We Are Kosher For Passover

All our raw beef, chicken and turkey cuts are always Kosher for Passover, even if there is no specific "Kosher for Passover" marking on the package. We will be doing a run of Kosher for Passover Hot Dogs and Ground Beef Patties later this month - stay tuned. Not all our provisions (sausages, etc.) will be kosher for passover - check our Kashrut Information for details.

Spicy Chorizo Sausage
Add a little kick to your jambalaya! These medium-spicy sausages have great flavor and more heat than our Mild Chorizo. Five to a 1lb package, vacuum packed. 5lb+ bags are "oddballs" of different lengths.
Ingredients: Pastured Beef, Water, Salt, Spices, Extractive of Vinegar. Contains no nitrates, nitrites, wheat, corn or soy.
