Pastured turkey at its finest! Our pastured turkeys have much more moisture and flavor than conventional birds because they spend their days out on the pasture. They also cook much more quickly. Neck and giblets not included.
Basic Cooking Technique
Roast at 325F, or smoke. Allow 10-12 min per pound and use a meat thermometer -- the flesh may still look "pink" but if the temperature is 165F and juices run clear, your bird is cooked. You may need to remove dark meat and roast for a little longer, or cover breast meat so it doesn't dry out while dark meat finishes cooking.
