About this cut:
This roast has a ton of beefy flavor, and does best with a long slow roast to bring out the flavor. Cook slowly with onions, carrots and potatoes. This roast can also be hot-roasted to rare or meidum rare or hand-cut into boneless chuck steaks!
Basic Cooking Technique:
Braise or roast low and slow. Can also be hot roasted to rare or medium-rare.
I used the recipe on the website. half a cup of soy sauce and 10 hours in the crock pot. I also put on onions, carrots, and mushrooms. It was delicious!
