This boneless lamb shoulder roast is an elegant choice for your next meal. Netted for your convenience, this cut does well rubbed with fresh herbs and garlic and slow-roasted in the oven. This roast is juicy, tender and full of flavor. We raise our lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. You'll notice a rich lamby flavor that is fresh, inviting and intriguing -- never overly muttony or too "strong". Their diet includes all the lushness of the countryside, along with a small amount of grain at finishing; our animals are never fed hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products. This product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
- Oven/Roast: Sear and slow roast to medium rare, or roast on high heat. Tent roast with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
