Basic Cooking Technique
Sear and slow roast to medium rare, or roast on high heat. Tent roast with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Thank you. It was the best lamb. I used your recipe and it was good on the first night , but I warm up (cooked for about 2 hours) on the second day with all juices from the roasting and meat was amazing.
