About this cut:
These succulent back ribs feature deliciously tender "finger meat" also found on rib steaks. Ribs are 7-8" long.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Grill, smoke, or slow-roast.
I cooked them on 200-225 all day then put them on the grill to get crispy. Amazing.
Overall tasty just need to do some cutting to separate the bones from each other
