To make a flavorful duck stock without using a whole bird, we recommend a combination of duck bones, necks and wings. Plan on 4-8lbs per batch (depending on the size of your pot) to make a rich and flavorful stock from pasture-raised duck.

Raised in small batches by a network of dedicated Amish and Mennonite growers, our poultry are moved to fresh pasture daily where they roam and forage freely. They are fed exclusively GMO-free grain, never any hormones, antibiotics or animal by-products, which means you get to enjoy delicious, moist, tender boneless, skinless chicken - just they way it should be.
