About this cut:
A tender, hand-cut medallion (about 2" in diameter) sits at the end of a perfectly-Frenched 4" bone on these miniature treats. Serve them as canapes, or small-bite appetizers, for any fancy meal. These chops are much leaner and smaller than our regular Lamb Chops.
