The secret to the perfect meatloaf and meatballs is mixing ground veal with beef (use a 1:1 ratio). Our Rose Veal lightens the mix and takes these comfort foods to a whole new level. Also incredible mixed in with ground lamb in kibbeh, burgers and sliders.
Basic Cooking Technique
Use in any ground meat recipe. We don't recommend making meatloaf or meatballs entirely with Ground Veal since you may feel the results lack some oomph.
