These lean pieces and tender pieces are perfect for Asian recipes, flash frying or using as sandwich steak. Like our kabob cubes, pepper steak comes from the tender shoulder eye. Try slathering them with a thick teriyaki sauce or drizzle with chili-infused olive oil to marinate.

This steak is lean and cut into pieces appropriately sized for making pepper steak. My family also enjoys it in wraps combined with G and B beef bacon and veggies.
