This delicate sausage is perfect on a crusty baguette with pickles and mustard, or sauteed with onions and peppers. Sausages are naturally cured and fully cooked. Keep frozen until use; open packages can be stored, tightly sealed, 3-5 days in the refrigerator.

Grill or pan-sear. Use for any recipe calling for sausage.
Ingredients: Beef, Water, Spices, Anise, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar, Celery Juice Powder, Cherry Juice Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor. No nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery.
