About this cut:

This is our most elegant beef roast, designed to be the centerpiece of a showstopping meal. The Standing Rib Roast contains the tender "eye" from a Ribeye, with the well-marbled Crescent Steak wrapping around its lower edge, so each slice will be tender, marbled and flavorful. Choose from 3- or 5-bone roast (plan on serving 2-3 people per pound).

Basic Cooking Technique:
