About this product:
These cubes are about 1" and cut from the ends of our delicious lamb bacon. Add to soups and stews for a dose of sweet, smoky flavor, or render the fat and start off your onions with a kick. Not cured or preserved. Keep frozen until use; open packages can be stored, tightly sealed, for 3-5 days in the refrigerator.
Basic Cooking Technique:
Add to stews and chulent, or fry with onions or eggs.
Lamb Cubes are great mixed with hearty greens like kale, mustard greens or collards; boil the greens until tender, then drain and slice thinly. Saute onions and lamb bacon cubes until onions are tender; add greens and turn heat to low. Cook 10 minutes to allow flavor to meld.
