Our Lamb Bacon is made from the richly marbled bellies of our Shenandoah valley pastured lamb, which are naturally cured and then smoked. You'll notice a gentle lamb flavor to this product that will make it irresistible! At Grow & Behold, we raise our kosher lamb on pasture and brush in the Shenandoah Valley, where they are free to roam and graze as they please. Serve this wonderful lamb bacon at any meal, or just eat it right out of the pan. Ingredients: Lamb, Water, Sea Salt, Sugar, Honey, Cherry Powder, Celery Powder, Spices, Smoke Flavor, Garlic.

Cooking Methods
- Pan: Lay pieces in a single layer in a cold frying pan, and heat gently over low heat. When the pan starts to get hot, cover with a splatter guard. Cook until most of the fat has rendered out, turning every few minutes. When golden brown (watch that they don't burn), remove pieces to a paper-towel-lined plate and let cool. They will crisp up as they cool
