- Grill: Cook over hot grill, skin-side down, until fish releases easily from skin and is firm to the touch.
- Oven/Roast: Cook at 400F 10-13 minutes skin side down, or broil on high 7-9 minutes. Times may vary but fish will flake easily with a fork.
